I have had a great experience at Pleasanton Star Dental. I have never had a great experience with a dentist but coming here has changed my view. Everyone here is great, I had quite a few things wrong with my teeth and they helped me get it all figured out and did a great job. They treat me as more than just another patient, they make an effort to get to know me which is something that I really appreciate.

Great staff and the doctor is phenomenal. They are very friendly, accommodating, and make sure you feel comfortable for something which is not supposed to be a fun experience.Highly recommend for all your dental needs.

Dr. Vundavalli is a very competent dentist with excellent personality. I was a patient in the practice she bought from the prior dentist and I have been very happy with her and the staff. She recently did a crown for me and her work was perfectly executed. I am very happy and recommend her.

Doctor and staff were very nice and were able to see me the same day i called and were flexible with my work schedule. Dr. Vundavalli met all my needs, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was very reassuring when i explained my situation to her. I’m very happy and satisfied with my overall experience here.

I was very reluctant starting with a new dentist, but have to say I have been very happy with the care & service from Dr V. and her team. She’s very patient and gentle and takes her time to explain what she is doing and why. I would absolutely recommend her.

I can’t be more pleased with my dentist Chandana Vundavalli! I got veneers and they look and feel perfect. She was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I feel like I made a great friend and will recommend her to anyone in need of a great dentist.

Dr. Chandana and her staff are very nice and professional. I felt very comfortable throughout my appt. The staff was very detailed on what they were going to do before doing it and very informational and answered all my questions. I had a very good experience here and I would totally recommend them to family and friends.

My son had an accident on a Sunday evening and broke his front tooth, we called many clinics and the only one answered was Pleasanton Start Dental. Dr. Vundavalli answered the call and she suggested to be in the clinic with in 30 minutes. We were at the clinic with in 30 minutes, to our surprise, she was at the clinic prior to us and prepared everything for the procedure.Later on she explained to us that tooth fractures need to be actioned with in few hours to save the original tooth and she opened the clinic on Sunday evening just for us. We wouldn't have saved my son's tooth with out Dr. Vundavalli.After the procedure, she walked us thru in detail about the procedure and what will be the follow up plan.Thank you Dr. Vundavalli for all your help.

99% pleased. One issue that was only addressed to my needs personally...not general! I would heartily refer them to anyone in need of a great family dentist! Very pretty, too!

I just visited Dr. V (Vundavalli)! A few words that come to mind are: She is informative, caring, personable, friendly and a highly skilled dentist. You can't find better.

Very pleased with doctor’s patience and the effort she puts forth to ensure that you are pleased with the end result. Everyone in the office is friendly and provides the care you should expect from your dental experience. Just had 3 crowns placed over implants and I can now smile again with confidence.

Dr.V is fantastic. She answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. I’m not fan of getting my teeth worked on but I’m less stressed coming here. Everyone is insanely friendly.The whole experience of just being here is so nice.

My wife and I were a little leery about a new dentist talking over the practice. We adored Dr. Chalmers, she'd been our dentist for years as well as our grown daughter all through childhood.So we were not only were losing our beloved dentist, but also facing an unknown of what the new dentist would be like and how she would measure up to Dr. Chalmers ...Dr. Vundavalli has been an awesome new dentist for us. Beyond tremendous for me, here are some comments and examples ...Unfortunately for me, I've recently had some dental complications for the first time in my life, and have had to go in a number of times, with a few still to go. So I've had a lot appointments and Dr. V has been tremendous. I can't say enough great things about her.First of all, she is very professional, thorough/on top of things, explains things very well... so I very quickly was impressed and won over by her.Also, Dr. Vundavalli is VERY empathetic so she really cares about you and the treatment you will be getting. She is very communicative, assures you as things go, is very confident in her approach. She tells you she will be gentle and cautious, which she very much is.She is very in tune to your comfort and has a great "touch" as it were. She's been the best I've ever experienced with numbing, drilling, etc. I'm a bit of a "white knuckled" dental patient and she's helped alleviate a lot of that for me.Another example ... Dr V. called me at home in the evening well after hours as I had left a message at her well office after closing and she called me back within an hour. I mean, how many dentists would do that? That is going well above and beyond IMO. She really cares about her patients and her practice.Dr. Vundavalli has absolutely met and surpassed my hopes and expectations... doing so through some unfortunate and at times difficult procedures. I'm also much more relaxed and less apprehensive of some of my upcoming appointments and processes thanks to her.My wife really likes her and been impressed as well. We plan on her being our dentist moving forward, and are relieved and happy she's so good.Maybe the biggest compliment I can give her is she is every bit the excellent dentist that Dr. Chalmers was and is every bit as nice in her own way as Dr. C was in hers.In each different situation with me she has been fantastic in each case and overall. The several visits have given her a chance to really demonstrate her excellence.Also she has a great hygienist Dolly and a great other staff with Misty and Ruth ... all are also very nice, personable, professional and very good at their own jobs.Anyone looking for a new dentist, or is reticent as a former Dr. Chalmers patient should be confident in choosing Dr. V ... you'll be very pleased. Plus they play great music in there!!

Wonderful friendly hygienist who does a great job cleaning my teeth and met Dr. V who impressed me with her knowledge and care for my teeth as she takes over for Dr. Chalmers.

As usual my cleaning appointment went well. Dolly is my favorite hygienist. She is thorough yet gentle. Dr. Chalmers checked on me after the cleaning. She is always so positive and cheerful, and I enjoy chatting with her. She found some areas of concern, and explained what the problem was and what I should expect next. My family and I have been patients for years. I recommend this dental office. You will be treated with respect and appreciation.

I am always more then satisfied with Dr. Chalmers. I have been treated by her for 25 years, and have ALWAYS felt I have had Exceptional treatment! The Dr. goes into detail about the teeth, the choices I have, and is ready to take care of the issue immediately! I have referred several friends to her, and they all feel the same way.Dr. Chalmers is amazing, and up on all the latest, modern procedures!! Plus she is very caring, and so easy to work with over any dental concerns I have brought to her.You should choose Dr. Chalmers for your dentist!!

Dr. Chalmers is personable, knowedgeable, and highly skilled at her craft. She answers all of my questions, explains everything clearly, and includes me fully in my dental care decisions. I feel respected, included, and encouraged by her and by her staff, and have never felt patronized or belittled. She remembers what we talked about at my previous appointments and treats me as a person, not only as a patient. I have had several dental procedures done at her office and have always been impressed with her meticulous, detailed, and thorough approach and have been pleased with the results.
